Warm up with three rounds of Burgener warm up and then work up to your 1RM press. Once you find it, complete 4 lifts of at least 90% of your 1RM.
I'll be at the HAWC at 0600, please be warmed up and ready to go at 0600.

Warmed up with some rowing drills, then I did the CrossFit Endurance WOD C2:SC: 15min, 3564m.
ReplyDeleteI also did some strength work. Bench Press 9x3 @ 135lbs, Box Squats 12x2 @ 185lbs, and weighted dips 9x3 @ 45lbs.

Hey Scott, I know Tony Flores and Kim Mort are still doing their workouts at 1700 -- so even though there's not a class (per se), there are usually still people who will be there around 1700 to do the WOD.
