70 Burpees
Warm up with 100 double unders, then three rounds of -
Scorpions
Spidermans
Elbows to instep
10 Push Ups
10 Squats
10 Vertical Jumps

Started out way too fast...finished first 4 exercises in 9 min then hit a wall during burpees! Almost met pukie! Great workout.
