Bodyweight squats are squats with a bar on your back that weighs as much as you do...they are not air squats. Push ups are games style from 2010.
Meet at CFM HQ at 0600 warmed up and ready to go...warm up with dynamic stretching on your own and light weight squats working up to your bodyweight.
There is no time component to this WOD, take all the rest you need. The objective is to accomplish as many reps as possible each set. Post reps per set per exercise to comments.
