"Tabata Something Else"
Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.
Meet at CFMHQ at 0900. Post total reps from all 32 intervals to comments.
I had a nasty case of Food Poisoning today, and will be running Vicky's baby brother to the airport tomorrow -- sorry to miss it (but it's prolly for the best). See y'all on Sunday.
ReplyDeleteSpeaking of Sunday -- Would anyone be interested in pushing Sunday's WOD back an hour to 17:00? I've got a late lunch planned for 13:00 and although I can do 16:00... I'd prefer it a bit later. Anyone else???
