4rnds+200m (15 kipping pullups, 15 band-assist ring dips)
Works for me, Hosh.Today's WOD: 6 rounds
4 rounds + run (20 pullups w/ green band and 20 push ups)
2 rounds in 9:48Had to leave early.
5 rds even -- scaled muscle ups
3 rounds in 17:59also pressed for timejumping pull ups
