WOD 20110826


Bench Press, 1RM

Warm up and then find your one repetition maximum on the bench press.

Followed by -

Push Press 2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2

Use 50% of your Bench 1RM and complete two rep
s every 30 seconds for ten rounds.

Meet at CFMHQ at 0600 or 0900.
