FRIDAY FUN

Warmup begins 5min after posted time

Then,

Complete 7 Rounds of

3 Deadlifts
3 Hang Power Cleans

*Penalty for dropping the bar during a round
*Work up the heaviest weight possible
*Rest as needed between rounds
*If you let go of the bar during a WOD, count the penalty and immediately do 5 Burpees
