Deadlift
5-5-5-5-5

Five sets of five repetitions at 80-85% of 1RM.  Rest as needed between sets.

Followed by -

AMRAP in five minutes of -
10 Toes to Bar
10 Sit Ups

i'll be at the Hardstand at 0600 and 1700.

  4. Although I completed my first set, I was over zealous in attempting 365#. I had to finish the remaining 4 sets 30#'s lighter at 335#.
