Back Squat
5-5-5-5-5


Five sets of five repetitions at 80-85% of 1RM. Rest as needed between sets.


Followed by -


AMRAP in five minutes of -
10 Push Ups
10 Back Extensions

  1. Also made up the 5k today, my Nike+ sensor isn't the most accurate so I'd say it was around 27 mins-ish.

    Substituted sit-ups for push-ups because I did Chelsea yesterday and my arms were fried.
