100 Sit-ups
100 Squats
Proof of good form on the deadlift
You must complete all 100 reps of one exercise before moving on to the next. I'll be at the Hardstand at 0600 and 1700 with bands and rings for scaling.

22:18 Fingers ripped apart after 61 reps of pull ups and slowed me down drastically.
