20 Double Unders
10 Push Ups
60m Shuttle Run


Followed by -

AMRAP in 20 minutes
5 C2B Pull Ups
10 Burpees
20 Squats

Thanks to all that came to the meeting today.  Tomorrow's class will begin at 0600 on the dot at the Hardstand...if you are late, you will not train with the group...sorry

We will start "weakness" sessions next three day cycle (after Turkey Day).

  1. because I work the graveshift right now and I'll be doing shift change when you all start the 06:00 workout I did the mainsite from Saturday at my squadron gym.

    Seven rounds for time of:
    5 Handstand push-ups
    185 pound Deadlift, 10 reps
    10 Chest to bar pull-ups
    20 Double-unders

    Struggled a bit with the C2B Pull-ups. It's hard to motivate yourself at 01:00 in the morning too.

  6. Lesson learned- not to eat breakfast before a Cross Fit workout :)6 rounds + 9 PU (Burpees totally killed me)
