WOD - 20110716



Five Rounds for Time:

Run 400m

Farmer's Carry 200m (45lb plates for men/15lb plates for women)

(Every two minutes, stop and do 10 burpees)

This ridiculous WOD came to us from an old friend.

Meet at the track at 0900.  

I will be at CFMHQ at 0830 to hand out plates...if someone wants to help move plates to the track, please FB message or email me.  I can only bring so many myself.

    It took a sundial to keep my time.

    The burpees were the best part...I'm glad that whistle was not within reach every time it blew!

    My grip is shot, my left arm is not functioning well, and this WOD wore me out.
