whoops...guess I should have checked the website earlier, I checked in the crossfit gym realized noone was there and just came home, duhhh anyway did 100 jump ropes (instead of run) toes to bar and couldn't do wall balls so did 20lb kettle ball swings instead x 7 rounds - Jill see you all friday

Kim, we think the shuttle run total is around 80 meters. so break 80 up in three sections.

did 7 rounds +shuttle run + 9 knees to elbows + 5 wall balls.
