Burpees were way too slow!!!
Back squat - 53(5), 63(3), 73(3), 83(3), 93(3), 103(3)x4
ReplyDeleteMETCON: Tabata row - was able to get 776m, did 25 burpee penalty.
Back Squat - same as Erica but 113 X3 at the end.
