How did you come up with that stat Paul? I lifted 425 and I weigh 165 at the moment.
AND, this is the second time I had to lift this. The first time, I hadn't discovered the red plates yet and the little 10/15 lbs slid ride off halfway up.
This picture isn't just awesome because of the amount of weight...But what's up with the shirt and pj bottoms?! awesome.
