AMRAP in 20 mins

10 Thrusters (95/65)
10 Box Jumps (24/20)
10 Sit Ups

W2E - 5 x 800m (Rest as needed)

Meet at CFMHQ and be ready to roll at 0615...post rounds/reps to comments.  Sorry about the picture, something's gone wrong with my computer.

    95 lbs Press - 4 rounds (+3 rounds of Push Press 95 lbs after Chief reminded me I could use my legs)
    20 Box Jumps
    10 Situps
