"Grip and Griff"
For time -
200m plate carry
800m run
400m backwards run
800m run
400m backwards run
200m plate carry
Men use 45lb bumper plate, women use 25lb. You may carry the plate in any manner you choose. After you carry the plate 200m, complete "Griff" and finish with another 200m plate carry.
Meet at CFMHQ at 1600...post time to comments.

Things I learned today:
ReplyDelete1. I should not try to run on a treadmill while holding a 25 lb plate.
2. I should not try to run backwards on a treadmill...ever.
3. I should not try to walk quickly backwards on a treadmill without holding on.
4. When you fall on a treadmill, it's kind of fun at first riding the treadmill until you fall off, then it hurts.
Needless to say my time on this one sucked...27:57
