This WOD is for Heather who said she wanted a hero WOD...since her favorite sports team is the Badgers, it seemed a no brainer.

ReplyDeleteNot only was this the worst possible WOD to do after a Strong Man WOD we did yesturday, but I HATE THE BADGERS TOO! :) Thanks for the total ass-kicking, now I can't move :)(I'll rethink my suggestions next time).
