ROM Drills - 10 Bear Complex PVC or emtpy bar

WOD
Front Squats
3x3x3
3 warmup sets from the ground, then move to rack for heavier sets.
Use 60%-80% of 1RM, do not go to failure.

followed by
5 rds
10 weighted lunges, each leg
5   box jumps 30/24/ or tire
10 V Ups

Post WOD - If you have time!
10 tire flips
15 burpee pullups
