For Time -

Run 400m
10 Squats
50 Double Unders
Run 400m
20 Squats
40 Double Unders
Run 400m
30 Squats
30 Double Unders
Run 400m
40 Squats
20 Double Unders
Run 400m
50 Squats
10 Double Unders

Sub for Double Unders is Burpees or Single Unders at 4:1 ratio (200, 160, 120, 80, 40)
