52,63,73,83 BUT with all TERRIBLE form because I was afraid I hurt my shoulder. So, I just did light weight to practice form and I still had terrible form. So I did'nt continue.
There IS cert guys there...My hurt shoulder was'nt from bad form. My hurt shoulder is from swimming and a reaccuring rotator injury. It does'nt have to do with form at all. I had bad form from my hurt shoulder. *Just to clarify* :)
