9 KB/DB swings - 24#/16#

CFMHQ
0600: Doors open 0550, bars moving at 0610
1630: Doors open a little early

Morning class - If you don't get a chance to do the METCON, we can always jump on the prowler before you leave!!

  5. 95-115-135-155- then i tried to be a big girl and do 165 (160 was my last max) and I did it once, then I tried two more times and didn't make it! and tony was right (as usual) I lifted it with my back, as I am feeling that tonight!

    AMRAP: 6, started out good using the 24" box and 12k on round three started elbows to knees instead of toes to bar!
