I never did get my count :/. 55lbs, need to go up next time but got great coaching on form and feel much better about it. Double unders I can do maybe 2 in a row so I did singles ughhh - Jill
ok so I lied, I did 8 rounds, I just found out this morning when I looked at the board! Whoops! It was a nice surprise, like finding that extra dollar in your pocket when you didn't know it was there! :)
