10 min of Mobility WODs

Then,

DEADLIFTS...oh yeah!

Body Weight Deadlifts - One Up every minute until failure.

Warm-up with at least 3 sets before you start..


CFMHQ 0600 and 1630

Post weight and comments...I double dog dare you!

  3. 9 rounds at 125 lbs. i did finish the 10, but not within the minute and I was SLOUCHING!

  4. 7 rounds, finished 8 but not in time..... 125lbs (which is soo not my body weight although I wish it was, it is a little over 80%)- Jill
