0600 - Get warmed up and ready for 1st run @ 0610
1630 - Meet at Hardstand unless otherwise posted.

Forgot my actual total time...and my runs were WAY scaled down. (I'll get to 800 meters, eventually...just need some conditioning to get there.)
ReplyDeleteFirst two sets - 1.5 laps each, each around 1:30
Last three sets - 1 lap each, each 45 seconds.
Just remember...breathing heavy is OOOD; Gasping for air is BAD.
