What is a Goat?
A goat is an exercise that you don’t like to do…mainly because you are not good at it. When these exercises are posted, you come up with clever excuses not to come!!! What are these exercises???

ReplyDeleteRunning, burpees, box jumps......Don't worry K8, they know what we hate most. I tell Tony all the time what I hate. It's for our own good.
ReplyDeleteRing dips, hang cleans, full squat snatches. Flexibility too. My excuses before I knew any better were that squats are dangerous, o lifting is dumb, I'm not in good enough shape to do that and burpees suck. My only opinion that hasn't changed is my view on burpees...they still suck.
